For my dear friend Ben and his lovely family in memory of Harry who I sadly never got to meet I'm doing the Rat Race Coast to Coast. It's an event which involves a 105 mile jaunt across Scotland from the north coast at Nairn, Inverness down to the west coast to the Isles of Glencoe, Fort William. It's a mix of running, cycling and kayaking. For some reason I'm trying to complete it in a day and the average finishing time is about 12 hours.Should be tough going especially as I'm no cyclist!
